碱度和镁含量对球团制备与冶金性能影响及研究现状

Influence and Research Status of Basicity and Magnesium Content on Pellet Preparation and Metallurgical Properties

摘要 系统综述了碱度与MgO含量对球团生球性能、焙烧球团强度及冶金性能(包括还原性、还原膨胀性及软熔性能)的影响规律与作用机理。研究表明,适宜的碱度(1.0~1.2)与MgO含量(1.5%~2.0%)可显著优化球团性能,二者之间存在显著的交互作用,协同调控可改善球团矿相结构与液相生成行为,从而获得综合性能优良的球团产品。最后,总结了当前国内研究成果、新型研究方法的应用,并指出了在原料适应性、工艺优化及高比例球团冶炼应用方面面临的挑战与未来展望。 The influence patterns and mechanisms of basicity and MgO content on pellet green ball properties,calcined pellet strength,and metallurgical properties(including reducibility,reduction swelling index,and softening-melting properties)were systematically reviewed.Researches indicated that appropriate basicity(1.0~1.2)and MgO content(1.5%~2.0%)could significantly optimize pellet properties.A pronounced interaction existed between these two factors,synergistic regulation improved pellet mineralogical structure and liquid phase formation behavior,yielding pellets with excellent comprehensive performance.Finally,the current domestic research achievements and the application of new research methods were summarized,while identifying challenges and future prospects in raw material adaptability,process optimization,and high-proportion pellet application in smelting.
