摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识为新时代民族工作指明了目标与方向。差序格局既是一种社会结构,也是一种行动倾向,不仅为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了认知过渡的层级结构与组织动员的日常形式,而且可作用于铸牢中华民族共同体意识的组织过程。因此,差序格局在这一意义上构成一种根植中国本土、契合国民心理的视角与工具,成为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的有效组织机制。需要充分利用差序格局的特点,在重视民族主体性、聚焦共同体身份和以亲带疏促交融中切实铸牢中华民族共同体意识,高效推进新时代民族工作顺利进行。
Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation has charted the goals and direction for ethnic work in the new era.The differential mode of association functions both as a social structure and a behavioral tendency.It not only provides a hierarchical framework for cognitive transition and everyday forms of organizational mobilization to strengthen this sense of community,but also actively shapes the organizational processes involved in its cultivation.Thus,in this sense,the differential mode of association constitutes a perspective and tool rooted in China’s social soil and aligned with the national psyche,serving as an organizing mechanism for forging the sense of community.It is essential to fully leverage the characteristics of the differential mode of association by emphasizing ethnic subjectivity,focusing on shared communal identity,and using close ties to facilitate integration with more distant groups.This approach will tangibly forge the sense of community for the Chinese nation and efficiently advance the smooth progress of ethnic work.
