符号编码与自我呈现:音乐治疗小组工作的干预逻辑

摘要 作为一种融合了多学科知识的干预手段,音乐治疗的有效性依赖于音高、节奏和音色等基本元素的组合,体现为能够直接作用于大脑的听觉系统,产生情绪反应,引导行为调整。实务的开展有赖于治疗过程中多重符号系统的动态交互。验证动态交互的有效性,还需要更多的实践性知识生产样本来支持。本文以“七色花团辅”音乐小组治疗实践为研究样本,探讨音乐符号系统在小组治疗中的自我呈现机制及技术实现路径。社会工作者要正确把握音乐符号编码机制,判断服务对象在解码过程中会对这一机制作出能动性吸收。具体来说,参与者通过三级符号媒介实现渐进式自我暴露:初期运用肢体同步律动、鼓圈即兴演奏等非言语符号,通过节奏共振建立基础信任;中期通过自画像叙事等半结构化符号,借助隐喻表达突破社交的心理防御;后期则采用个性化情景剧编排、音乐创作等复合符号系统,实现社会自我的重构。实践表明,利用多重符号系统进行编码和自我呈现是音乐治疗的基本逻辑,即参与者通过非言语、半结构化至复合符号媒介的渐进式暴露,有效地建立信任、突破心理防御并重构社会自我。 Music therapy,as an intervention method integrating multidisciplinary knowledge,relies on the combination of fundamental elements such as pitch,rhythm,and timbre.And it reflected as the auditory system of the brain eliciting emotional responses and behavioral adjustments.The therapy also is dependent on the dynamic interaction of multiple symbolic systems in the therapeutic process.To validate the effectiveness of such dynamic interactions requires more production samples in practical knowledge.The present paper,taking the Seven-Flower Studio music therapy as a case study,explores the self-presentation mechanisms and technical pathways of the music semiotic system.The study finds that social workers should recognize their clients’conscious decoding and absorbing of music as a semiotic coding system.Specifically,participants achieve progressive self-exposure through three levels of semiotic mediation.In the initial stage,participants build foundational trust through rhythmic resonance by using non-verbal symbols such as synchronized movement and drum circle improvisation;in the mid-term stage,participants break through psychological defenses in social interactions by using semi-structured symbols like self-portrait narratives with metaphorical expression;in the final stage,the participants reconstruct the social self by using composite semiotic systems such as personalized scenario dramatization and music composition.The present paper demonstrates that the fundamental logic of music therapy lies in utilizing multiple symbolic systems for encoding and self-presentation.And participants effectively establish trust,break through psychological defenses,and reconstruct their social selves through progressive exposure from non-verbal to semi-structured and composite symbolic media.
