摘要
在“双重预防机制”全面推广及“零事故”理念不断深化的背景下,如何提升油田建设工程的本质安全水平,成为亟待解决的行业难题。文章针对油田施工环境复杂、风险多变、管理半径大的特点,构建了一套基于风险分级管控与隐患排查协同机制的安全标识可视化体系。通过构建“四色九类”编码规则,明确风险等级与功能类别对应关系,并在中东某油田终端厂进行实际应用,表明该体系有效提升了风险感知效率和作业规范性,降低了安全事件发生率,验证了其在高风险、复杂工况下的可行性与适应性。研究结果为建立标准化、可复制的能源工程安全标识体系提供了实践基础与理论支撑。
With the widespread implementation of the“dual prevention mechanism”and the deepening of the“zero accident”concept,how to improve the intrinsic safety level of oilf ield construction projects has become an urgent challenge in the industry.This paper,in response to the complex construction environment,diverse risks,and wide management scope of oilf ields,establishes a visualized safety signage system based on the collaborative mechanism of risk classif ication control and hazard investigation.By developing a“four-color,nine-category”coding rule that clearly def ines the correspondence between risk levels and functional categories,the system has been practically applied at a terminal plant in a Middle Eastern oilf ield.The results indicate that the system signif icantly improves risk perception eff iciency and operational standardization,reduces the occurrence of safety incidents,and demonstrates its feasibility and adaptability under high-risk and complex working conditions.The f indings provide both practical and theoretical support for the establishment of a standardized and replicable safety signage system for energy engineering projects.
