摘要
Carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate cathode material(LiFePO_(4)/C)was synthesized through an ultrasonic-assisted process, utilizing carbon aerogel as the carbon source and employing the hydrothermal method. The optimal synthesis process for LiFePO_(4)/C was determined by adjusting parameters such as ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, hydrothermal conditions, and calcination conditions.Material Studio simulation,X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS),and laser particle size analysis were employed to characterize the crystal structure, morphology, and particle size of the material. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of preparing a carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate cathode material with superior morphology and uniform coating using ultrasonic assistance.
