摘要
目的:梳理医院医保精细化管理研究现状、核心热点及发展趋势,为后续研究和政策改进提供依据。方法:通过CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,将10年来医院医保精细化管理研究热点和发展趋势实现可视化分析。结果:医院医保精细化管理研究在卫生管理领域关注度仍较低,机构和学者研究分散且缺乏体系;医保精细化管理与医保基金监管呈现交叉研究趋势且与国家医保政策高度相关,研究以医疗保险支付、基金监管和信息化等为主。结论:医院医保精细化管理研究仍处于蓝海状态,公立医院医保精细监管、信息化技术融合医保管理等是医院医保管理未来的研究重点。
Objective:To review the current status,core hotspots,and development trends of research on refined hospital medical insurance management,and to provide a basis for future studies and policy improvement.Methods:CiteSpace software was used to generate knowledge maps and conduct a visual analysis of research hotspots and development trends in hospital medical insurance refined management over the past decade.Results:Research on refined hospital medical insurance management has received relatively low attention in the field of health management,with institutions and scholars conducting dispersed and unstructured studies.There is an emerging trend of cross-research between refined medical insurance management and medical insurance fund supervision,which is closely related to national medical insurance policies.The main research areas include medical insurance payment,fund supervision,and informatization.Conclusion:Research on refined hospital medical insurance management remains in a“blue ocean”stage.Key future research directions include refined supervision of medical insurance in public hospitals and the integration of information technology into medical insurance management.
