摘要
财产哲学作为一个新提法、新课题、新方法、新学派和全新领域,经过近十年的孕育、豁朗,正渐趋走向成熟,其影响力和受众性也正逐步扩大。财产哲学并不是单纯地在本质论层面进行阐述,它脱胎于马克思主义哲学,在注重人的同时也没有忽视对自然、对主客关系的观照,其基本理论表明财产是人的影响范围,人是最大的财产,故而在某种程度上并不存在如萨特所言的“人学的空场”。财产哲学作为一个综合的系统,其中蕴藏着丰富的人学思想,通过对财产哲学的逻辑出发点、原理内容和最终归宿的研究可以剖析出其中深刻的人学内核。
As a novel concept,subject,methodology,school,and field,the philosophy of property system has evolved over nearly a decade from incubation to clarity,gradually maturing and expanding its influence and reach.The philosophy of property system does not merely elaborate on the ontological level;it originates from Marxist philosophy,emphasizing human beings while also addressing nature and the subject object relationship.Its fundamental theory posits that property defines the sphere of human influence and that humans are the greatest property,thus refuting,to some extent,Sartre’s notion of an“absence of human studies”.As a comprehensive system,the philosophy of property system encompasses rich humanistic thought.By examining its logical starting point,theoretical content,and ultimate purpose,the profound humanistic core embedded within the philosophy of property system can be elucidated.
