激光甲烷遥测仪光路结构优化与研制

Optimization and development of optical pathstructure of laser methane remote detector

摘要 为提高激光甲烷遥测仪的稳定性,在探头的设计细节上进行了优化。通过透镜边沿平面化设计,实现了发射-接收孔径的共用,从而减少了光路体积;同时,将光电探测器感光面积优化至03mm,显著降低了背景噪声,最终提升了系统信噪比。验证了改进后的探头在白纸为反射面的情况下达到测试距离100m、测试灵敏度为10ppm·m、精确度达到±10,满足了远距离检测天然气管道泄漏的要求。 To enhance the stability of the laser methane telemetry,optimizations are implemented in the probe design details.Through the planar design of the lens edge,the sharing of transmitting and receiving apertures is realized,thereby reducing the volume of the optical path.Additionally,the detector photosensitive area is optimized to 0.3mm,which significantly reduces the background noise and ultimately improves the signal to noise ratio of the system.It is verified that the improved probe can achieve a test distance of 100 m,a test sensitivity of 10 ppm·m,and an accuracy of±10%when the white paper is the reflective surface,which meets the requirements of long distance detection of natural gas pipeline leakage.
