摘要
目的分析二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽治疗糖尿病伴结肠癌对患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取2024年3月—2025年2月泉州市第一医院110例糖尿病伴结肠癌患者,根据治疗方法不同分两组,各55例。对照组口服二甲双胍片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上皮下注射司美格鲁肽治疗。对比两组血糖水平、血脂水平、胰岛素抵抗水平、生活质量。结果治疗后,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组脂蛋白a、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛β功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合司美格鲁肽治疗糖尿病伴结肠癌患者,可降低血糖水平,改善血脂水平及胰岛功能,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with semeglutide on blood glucose level in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with colon cancer.Methods From March 2024 to February 2025,110 patients with diabetes mellitus and colon cancer in Quanzhou First Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral metformin tablets,and the study group was treated with subcutaneous injection of semeiglutide on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,blood lipid level,insulin resistance level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and 2-hours postpran⁃dial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lipoprotein a,total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cho⁃lesterol in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin level,isletβfunction index and insulin resistance index in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Semeglutide in the treatment of dia⁃betic patients with colon cancer can reduce blood glucose levels,improve blood lipid levels,islet function,and im⁃prove quality of life.
