阻燃低热聚氨酯注浆加固材料的研究进展

摘要 从低反应热及安全阻燃角度,综述国内无卤、硅酸盐改性及低温聚氨酯注浆加固材料的研究进展。包括无卤材料煤矿应用、硅酸改性体系稳定性与矿下施工配比、树脂改性等方面。在详述聚氨酯注浆加固材料于煤矿井下作用机理的基础上,提出了研发绿色无毒、高效稳定新产品、优化矿下施工工艺、并推动灌浆设备向信息化、自动化及环保安全方向发展的综合策略,以期推动高性能聚氨酯材料在煤矿领域的广泛应用。 From the perspectives of low reaction heat and safe flame retardancy,this paper reviews the research progress of domestic halogen-free,silicate modified,and low-temperature polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials.It includes the application of halogen-free materials in coal mines,the stability of silicate modification systems and construction ratios under the mine,as well as resin modification.Based on a detailed description of the mechanism of action of polyurethane grouting reinforcement materials in coal mines,a comprehensive strategy is proposed to develop green,non-toxic,efficient,and stable new products,optimize underground construction processes,and promote the development of grouting equipment towards informatization,automation,and environmental protection and safety.The aim is to promote the widespread application of high-performance polyurethane materials in the field of coal mines.
