摘要
在数据要素成为核心生产要素、重塑全球竞争格局的背景下,研究阐释了数据要素影响制造业出口复杂度的机理,并基于我国2013—2022年省级面板数据,实证考察了数据要素对制造业出口复杂度的促进效应。研究发现:数据要素对制造业出口复杂度提升作用明显,创新水平扮演了关键的中介角色;区域异质性分析表明,东部地区数据要素的作用最强,中西部地区数据要素的影响不显著。此外,对外开放程度对数据要素的赋能效果存在双重门槛约束,呈现“强—弱—较强”的非线性变化。基于此,研究提出要推动数据要素与技术创新深度融合,针对区域发展差异实施精准赋能策略,并依据对外开放水平分层施策,以充分释放数据要素对制造业出口复杂度的提升潜力。
Against the backdrop where data factors have become core production elements reshaping global competition patterns,this study elucidates the mechanism through which data factors influence manufacturing export complexity.Utilizing China’s provincial-level panel data from 2013 to 2022,the study empirically examines the promoting effect of data factors on manufacturing export complexity.Key findings reveal that data factors significantly enhance manufacturing export complexity,with innovation levels as a key mediator.Regional heterogeneity analysis indicates the strongest impact of data factors in eastern regions,while effects in central and western regions are insignificant.Moreover,the enabling effect of the openness degree on data factors exhibits dual-threshold constraints,presenting a nonlinear pattern of“strong-weak-stronger”intensity.Based on these results,it is proposed that data factors should be deeply integrated with technological innovation,targeted enabling strategies should be implemented according to regional disparities,and tiered policy measures should be adopted aligned with openness levels to fully unleash data factors’potential for upgrading manufacturing export complexity.
