摘要
目的 探讨简易负压封闭引流技术在肠造口深部皮肤黏膜分离中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年7月江西省肿瘤医院腹部肿瘤外科一、二、三区所收治的100例结直肠癌造口术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为观察组(n=50,实施简易负压封闭引流技术治疗)和对照组(n=50,实施磷酸锆钠银藻酸盐敷料治疗)。比较两组各项临床治疗指标及并发症发生率,并采用行为疼痛量表(BPS)测评两组患者治疗前、后的疼痛感。结果 治疗前,两组BPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,敷料维持时间长于对照组,并发症总发生率及BPS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施简易负压封闭引流技术治疗能够改善肠造口深部皮肤黏膜分离患者伤口愈合时间,降低整体疼痛感及并发症,从而提升整体治疗效率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of simplified negative pressure wound therapy in deep dermal-mucosal separation of enterostomy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent colostomy for colorectal cancer and were admitted to the First,Second and Third Ward of Department of Abdominal Tumor Surgery,Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=50,simplified negative pressure wound therapy treatment)and control group(n=50,Sodium Zirconium Phosphate Silver Alginate dressing treatment)according to random number method.The clinical treatment index and complication rate of the two groups were compared,and behavior pain scale(BPS)were used to evaluate the pain of two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the BPS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the dressing maintenance time was longer than that of the control group,the total complication rate and BPS scores were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The simplified negative pressure wound therapy can improve the wound healing time of patients with deep dermal-mucosal separation of enterostomy,reduce the overall pain and complications,and thus improve the overall treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
