摘要
水性丙烯酸乳液在涂料与胶黏剂领域具有广泛应用,乳化剂对其聚合稳定性和储存性能具有关键影响。研究对于不同类型乳化剂的界面化学作用,考察其对乳液粒径、Zeta电位及黏度的调控效果,探讨复配乳化体系的协同稳定机制。运用动态光散射分析粒径分布,Zeta电位测试评估电荷稳定性,流变测试测定机械耐受性并进行高温、冻融与离心实验验证长期稳定性,优化乳化剂配比来提高乳液稳定性与应用性能。
Waterborne acrylic lotion is widely used in coatings and adhesives.Emulsifiers have a key impact on its polymerization stability and storage performance.The interfacial chemistry of different types of emulsifiers was studied,and their effects on the particle size,Zeta potential and viscosity of lotion were investigated.Dynamic light scattering was used to analyze particle size distribution,Zeta potential test was used to evaluate the charge stability,rheological test was used to determine the mechanical resistance,and high temperature,freeze thaw and centrifugal experiments were conducted to verify the long-term stability,and the emulsifier ratio was optimized to improve the stability and application performance of lotion.
