摘要
壁纸是建筑装饰常用的材料之一,其甲醛含量的高低是衡量壁纸整体质量的最重要因素之一。为得到建筑装饰壁纸中甲醛含量的标准化检测方法,以紫外-可见分光光度法对某品牌的装饰用壁纸进行甲醛含量分析,以壁纸甲醛含量的重复检测等为变量,制订不确定度评价环境,对各不确定因素的影响程度进行试验分析。结果表明,检测环节溶液的移动、壁纸甲醛含量的重复检测、标准化工作溶液的配制等因素对壁纸中甲醛含量的检测结果不确定度影响最为显著。
Wallpaper is one of the most commonly used materials for architectural decoration,and its formaldehyde content is one of the most important factors to measure the overall quality of wallpaper.In order to obtain a standardized detection method for formaldehyde content in architectural decorative wallpaper,the UV-visible spectrophotometry was used to analyze the formaldehyde content of a certain brand of decorative wallpaper,and the uncertainty evaluation environment was developed with the repeated detection of formaldehyde content in the wallpaper as variables.The results show that the uncertainty of formaldehyde content in wallpapers is most affected by the movement of solution,repeated detection of formaldehyde content in wallpapers and the configuration of standardized working solution.
