6镦6拔(预锻)工艺对2A70铝合金锻件组织性能的影响

The influence of a six-upsetting and six-pulling(pre-forging)process on the microstructure and properties of 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings

摘要 采用金相显微镜、电子万能试验机测试等研究了6镦6拔(预锻)+锻造+固溶+时效的生产工艺对2A70铝合金锻件显微组织与力学性能的影响。研究结果显示,采用6镦6拔(预锻)+锻造+固溶+时效的生产工艺获得的2A70铝合金锻件各项力学性能指标均符合设计要求,显微组织无过烧,但是显微组织粗大、晶粒度均小于4级。坯料在6镦6拔的过程中,由于反复的加热与锻造导致坯料变形量增加、温度过高,最终导致锻件晶粒长大,形成粗晶。因此,在生产中,2A70铝合金锻件成形前不宜进行6镦6拔,以防止出现粗晶。 The effects of the six-upsetting and six-pulling(pre-forging)+forging+solution treatment+aging production process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings were studied by means of metallographic microscope and electronic universal testing machine.The research results show that the 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings obtained by the six-upsetting six-pulling(pre-forging)+forging+solution treatment+aging production process all meet the design requirements in terms of mechanical performance indicators.There is no overburning in the microstructure,but the microstructure is coarse and the micrograin size is less than grade 4.Research suggests that during the six-upsetting and six-pulling process of the stock,the deformation of the stock increases and the temperature becomes too high due to repeated heating and forging,ultimately leading to the growth of grains in the forging and the formation of coarse grains.Therefore,to prevent the formation of coarse grains in production,it is not advisable to perform six-upsetting and six-pulling on 2A70 aluminum alloy before forming forgings.
