更高速动车组半实物仿真试验平台研究

摘要 针对新一代更高速动车组速度提升至400 km/h带来的安全性、控制精度及动态响应性能挑战,本文提出基于半实物仿真技术的解决方案。传统实车试验因成本高、风险大难以覆盖极端工况,本研究结合更高速动车组大环网拓扑结构及电气系统特性,构建高精度、高实时性的仿真试验平台。通过虚拟化整车电气运行环境并嵌入列车网络真实设备,实现复杂场景下的网络控制系统功能验证。该平台可高效测试极端工况下网络通信、安全环路及控制逻辑的完整性,为更高速动车组关键系统的开发与安全认证提供技术支撑,显著降低实车试验风险,缩短研发周期,保障400 km/h高速列车的安全可靠运行。 In response to the challenges of safety,control precision,and dynamic response performance posed by the increased operational speed of the new-generation higher-speed EMU(Electric Multiple Unit)to 400 km/h,this paper proposes a solution based on Hardware-in-the-Loop(HIL)simulation technology.As traditional physical vehicle testing is limited by high costs and risks,hard to cover extreme operational scenarios,this study integrates the large-loop network topology and electrical system characteristics of the higher-speed EMUs to develop a highprecision,high-real-time(as of March 10,2025)HIL simulation test platform.By virtualizing the entire vehicle’s electrical environment and embedding actual network control devices,the platform enables functional validation of the network control system under complex scenarios.It efficiently tests the integrity of network communication,safety loops,and control logic under extreme conditions,providing technical support for the development and safety certification of the EMU’s critical systems.The platform significantly reduces risks associated with physical vehicle testing,shortens the development cycle,and ensures the safe and reliable operation of 400 km/h-class high-speed trains.
