教育强国建设背景下“培优辅困”分层教学新范式构建

Construction of a New Paradigm forHierarchical Teaching of"Cultivating Excellence/Assisting the Disadvantaged"under the Background of Building a Strong Education Country

摘要 在教育强国建设背景下,现有的分层教学模式,因为能力标签固化与体系碎片化,难以兼顾公平保障和质量提升。文章以多元智能、自我决定与最近发展区理论为根基,遵循因材施教理念,提出了培优/辅困的新范式:打造“一体两翼”的课堂架构,统整常规课堂与分层课堂,兼顾共同基础和个性提升;构建“学科限定―自主选择―动态适配”三元协同机制,以打破标签固化、支持固化及动机不足这三大难点。此范式经由架构重塑与机制创新,达成“公平底色奠基、质量阶梯攀升”,为促进新时代教育公平与质量融合发展提供可操作路径。 In the context of building a strong education country,the existing hierarchical teaching model is difficult to balance fairness and quality improvement due to the solidification of ability labels and the fragmentation of the system.The article is based on the theories of multiple intelligences,self-determination,and zone of proximal development,and follows the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude.It proposes a new paradigm for cultivating excellence/assisting the disadvantaged:creating a"One Core with Dual Supports"classroom structure,integrating regular classrooms and layered classrooms,and balancing common foundations and individual development;Build a tripartite collaborative mechanism of"discipline limitation-autonomous selection-dynamic adaptation"to break through the three major difficulties of fixed labels,fixed support,and insufficient motivation.This paradigm,through architectural reshaping and mechanism innovation,achieves the goal of"equity as fundamental bedrock with quality ascending progressive scaffolds",providing an operational path for promoting the integration of education equity and quality development in the new era.
