摘要
目的:观察茵陈蒿汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的疗效及对肠道菌群的调节作用。方法:84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组给予茵陈蒿汤治疗,对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗。结果:治疗12周后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),血清生化指标优于对照组(P<0.05),肝脏脂肪含量优于对照组(P<0.05),肝硬度值优于对照组(P<0.05),拟杆菌、变形杆菌、肠杆菌丰度低于对照组而乳酸杆菌、瘤胃球菌丰度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:茵陈蒿汤治疗NASH可改善肝功能、降低肝脏脂肪含量、肝脏硬度值,作用机制与调节肠道菌群紊乱,恢复肠道微生态平衡相关。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)and its regulatory effect on intestinal flora.Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yinchenhao Decoction,while the control group was treated with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum biochemical indexes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The liver fat content was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the liver hardness value was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The abundance of Bacteroides,Proteus and Enterobacter was lower than that of the control group,while the abundance of Lactobacillus and Ruminococcus was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yinchenhao Decoction could improve liver function,reduce liver fat content and liver hardness value in the treatment of NASH.The mechanism is related to regulating intestinal flora disorder and restoring intestinal microecological balance.
