摘要
本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法,以2023年世界跆拳道锦标赛为例,深入剖析男子-80kg级运动员击头技术运用特征与技战术走向,旨在为提升运动员击头技术运用水平提供理论支撑与实践指导。结果显示:(1)技术特征方面,下劈与横踢为击头核心手段,后旋踢成功率最高,但使用率仅5.5%。(2)站架影响方面,开式站架击头占比74%,闭式站架中左闭式成功率最优,但使用率不足20%。(3)战术选择方面,进攻战术占比71.8%,但成功率仅6.1%;迎击战术成功率最高,且后旋踢得分率达29.4%。(4)比分关联方面,落后方击头使用率最高,但成功率最低;领先方得分贡献显著。(5)局数差异方面,第2局击头频次较第1局增长15.7%,但得分率下降12.0%。建议:(1)强化闭式站架击头训练,针对性提升后旋踢使用频率;(2)构建攻防一体战术体系,重点开发迎击战术与后旋踢组合应用;(3)强调加强运动员比赛适应能力,优化运动员心理稳定性与技术精准度。
This study comprehensively uses the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.Taking the application characteristics of head-hitting techniques by male-80 kg athletes in the 2023 World Taekwondo Championships as the research object,it deeply analyzes the application characteristics and technical-tactical trends of their head-hitting techniques,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving athletes'application level of head-hiting techniques.The results show:(i)Technical characteristics:Split kick and horizontal kick are the core means of head-htting,with the backspin kick having the highest success rate but a usage rate of only 5.5%;(i)Influence of stances:Open stances account for 74%of head-hitting applications,and among closed stances,the left-closed stance has the best success rate but a usage rate of less than 20%;(ii)Tactical choices:Offensive tactics account for 71.8%but have a success rate of only 6.1%,while counter-attacking tactics have the highest success rate,with the scoring rate of backspin kicks in counter-attacking reaching 29.4%;(iv)Correlation with scores:The trailing side has the highest usage rate of head-hitting but the lowest success rate,while the leading side makes significant scoring contributions;(v)Differences in rounds:The frequency of head-hitting in the second round increased by 15.7%compared to the first round,but the scoring rate decreased by 12.0%.Suggestions:(i)Strengthen head-hitting training in closed stances and specifically increase the usage frequency of backspin kicks;(ii)Build an integrated offensive-defensive tactical system and focus on developing the combined application of counter-attacking tactics and backspin kicks;(ii)Emphasize enhancing athletes'match adaptability and optimizing their psychological stability and technical precision.
