摘要
为优化多能工配置以减少作业时间总和,充分发挥多能工作用,从疲劳对多能工作业的影响出发,将疲劳指数引入胜任力指数中,结合质量、数量、时间3个因素,运用组合赋权法确定各因素的组合权重,构建多能工工序胜任力指数。根据工序最低胜任力指数,建立多能工的配置矩阵,最终得到多能工的优化配置方案。通过实例分析表明:在多能工的配置中考虑员工的疲劳指数,可以减少多能工的作业总时间,提高工作效率,实现多能工的合理配置。
In order to optimize the configuration multi-skilled workers to reduce the total working time and give full play to the role of multi-skilled workers,this paper introduces the fatigue index into the competency index based on the effect of fatigue on the operation of multi-skilled workers.Combining the three factors of quality,quantity and time,the combined weighting method is used to determine the combined weigh of each factor,and the multi-skilled worker process competence index is constructed.According to the minimum competency index of the process,the configuration matrix of multi-skilled workers is established,and the optimal configuration scheme of multi-skilled workers is finally obtained.The example analysis shows that considering the fatigue index of employees in the configuration of multi-skilled workers can reduce the total working time of multi-skilled workers,improve work efficiency,and realize a reasonable configuration of multi-skilled workers.
