摘要
新质生产力以科技创新驱动、数智融合赋能、绿色可持续等为核心特征,对职业本科教育人才培养提出了知识结构重构、技能体系升级、职业素养拓展和创新创业能力提升等新要求。面对教育理念与产业发展脱节、课程体系更新滞后、师资队伍结构不适应等现实挑战,职业本科教育亟待推动系统性变革。在此提出构建以新质生产力为导向的人才培养和课程体系、实施教学改革和协同育人机制、建立多元协同和能力导向的评价体系、构建“双师双能型”师资队伍等改革路径,为职业本科教育人才培养提供一定的参考。
This study focuses on the reform and innovation of talent cultivation models in vocational undergraduate education within the context of new quality productive forces.Characterized by technology-driven innovation,digital-intelligence integration empowerment,and green sustainability,new quality productive forces present new demands for vocational undergraduate education,including knowledge structure reconstruction,skill system upgrading,professional quality expansion,and innovation and entrepreneurship capability enhancement.Facing practical challenges such as the disconnection between educational concepts and industrial development,outdated curriculum systems,and mismatched faculty structures,vocational undergraduate education urgently needs to promote systematic reforms.The study proposes reform pathways such as establishing new quality productive forces-oriented talent cultivation and curriculum systems,implementing teaching reforms and collaborative education mechanisms,building a multi-dimensional and capability-oriented evaluation system,and constructing a“dual-qualified”faculty team.These efforts provide references for advancing talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education.
