摘要
目的本研究旨在探索中草药在肝癌治疗领域的研究动态和前沿话题,为未来相关研究提供重要参考,并深入挖掘中草药治疗肝癌领域的研究热点。方法对数据库中收录的与中草药及肝癌相关的文献进行检索,利用计量学方法对文献信息进行分析,并进行可视化呈现,分析研究热点和趋势。结果文献分析显示,中草药治疗肝癌的研究呈现波动性增长,尤其在2022年达到峰值。研究热点包括中草药的多目标治疗机制、中西医结合治疗模式的优化以及分子水平与临床应用的融合研究。此外,作者和机构分布分析揭示了国外数据库在该领域的主要研究力量和合作网络。结论中草药在肝癌治疗领域的研究正在快速发展,显示出其独特优势和广阔的应用前景,为开发新型治疗药物和策略提供了科学依据。
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the research dynamics and cutting-edge topics of Chinese herbal medicine in the field of liver cancer treatment,to provide an important reference for future related research,and to deeply explore the research hotspots in the field of Chinese herbal medicine for liver cancer treatment.Methods By searching the literature related to herbal medicine and liver cancer included in the database,software tools were used to conduct econometric analysis and visualisation of the literature information,and in-depth analysis of the research hotspots and trends were carried out.Results Literature analysis showed that research on herbal medicine for liver cancer showed fluctuating growth,especially peaking in 2022.The research hotspots include the multi-targeted therapeutic mechanism of Chinese herbs,the optimisation of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment modalities,and the research on the integration of molecular level and clinical application.In addition,the analysis of author and institution distribution reveals the main research power and collaboration network of foreign databases in this field.Conclusion The research of Chinese herbs in the field of liver cancer treatment is developing rapidly,showing its unique advantages and broad application prospects,and providing scientific basis for the development of novel therapeutic medicines and strategies.
