摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片在心肌梗死后焦虑抑郁状态患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2024年3月广西壮族自治区民族医院心血管内科收治的90例心肌梗死后焦虑抑郁状态患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为稳心颗粒组、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组、联合组,每组30例。稳心颗粒组采用常规治疗联合稳心颗粒治疗,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组采用常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,联合组采用常规治疗联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片、稳心颗粒治疗,三组患者均治疗12周。比较三组患者治疗12周后的临床疗效,治疗前后的心理状态、血清因子水平变化。结果联合组治疗12周后的总有效率高于稳心颗粒组、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017);稳心颗粒组、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.017)。治疗4、12周后,三组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于本组治疗前,且联合组SAS、SDS评分低于稳心颗粒组、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,三组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平均低于本组治疗前,且联合组hs-CRP、AngⅡ水平低于稳心颗粒组、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死后焦虑抑郁状态患者应用稳心颗粒联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗效果显著,且可使得焦虑抑郁症状得到有效缓解,下调血清hs-CRP、AngⅡ水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets in patients with anxiety and depression after myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with anxiety and depression after myocardial infarction admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Ethnic Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the Wenxin Granules group,the Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets group,and the combined group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The Wenxin Granules group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Wenxin Granules,the Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets group with conventional therapy combined with Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets,and the combined group with conventional therapy combined with Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets and Wenxin Granules.All three groups of patients were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,psychological state before and after treatment,and changes in serum factor levels of the three groups of patients were compared after 12 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combined group after 12 weeks of treatment was higher than those of the Wenxin Granules group and the Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the Wenxin Granules group and the Flupentixol,Melitracen Tablets group(P>0.017).After 4 and 12 weeks of treat ment, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the three groups were all lower than those before treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the Wenxin Granules group and the Flupentixol, Melitracen Tablets group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) in the three groups were all lower than those before treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and Ang Ⅱ in the combined group were lower than those in the Wenxin Granules group and the Flupentixol, Melitracen Tablets group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with anxiety and depression after myocardial infarction using Wenxin Granules combined with Flupentixol, Melitracen Tablets has significant effect. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression and down-regulate the levels of serum hs-CRP and AngⅡ.
