本文详细介绍了工程在线健康监测系统的技术框架及在船闸系统中的应用。首先,从工程监测系统的基本概念出发,论述其技术组成(包含传感器、数据传输、数据处理和分析,预警系统等)以及应用场景(包括土木工程、能源、交通等领域)。其次,详细介绍了船闸人字闸门底枢在线健康监测系统的技术架构,从人字闸门底枢的使用工况及其失效机理,对其提出在线监测需求,并论述其自身系统架构及在多方面关键技术的突破及挑战。最后,系统分析了在线监测系统在智慧型船闸中的应用及其价值,智慧型船闸以其独特核心技术作为支撑,其应用具有巨大的优势且已产生了相当的综合社会效益,同时面对涉及的多层次的挑战(包括数据安全、成本、技术标准等)提出了不同的对策,并展望其未来趋势(比如AI和物联网的结合)。
This paper provides a detailed introduction to the technical framework of an online engineering health monitoring system and its application in ship lock systems.Starting with the fundamental concepts of engineering monitoring systems,it discusses their technical components(including sensors,data transmission,data processing and analysis,early warning systems,etc.)and application scenarios(covering fields such as civil engineering,energy,and transportation).Subsequently,it elaborates on the technical architecture of an online health monitoring system specifically for the bottom pivot of miter gates in ship locks.Based on the operating conditions and failure mechanisms of the miter gate bottom pivot,it outlines the requirements for online monitoring.The paper then details the system's own architecture and discusses breakthroughs and challenges encountered in multiple key technologies.Finally,the paper systematically analyzes the application and value of online monitoring systems within smart ship locks.Supported by their unique core technologies,smart ship locks offer significant advantages and have already generated considerable comprehensive societal benefits.Concurrently,the paper addresses the multi-faceted challenges involved(including data security,cost,technical standards,etc.),proposes various countermeasures,and looks forward to future trends(such as the integration of AI and IoT)
