摘要
人类命运共同体亦是利益共同体。国际社会中的矛盾与斗争都是围绕利益问题展开的,利益问题是构建人类命运共同体的核心问题。人类命运共同体构建中的利益问题主要包括政治利益、经济利益、安全利益、文化利益和生态利益等问题。增进和实现人类共同利益,是构建人类命运共同体的基石与目标。人类最大的共同利益是世界和平与发展,实现人类共同利益坚持的原则是公平与正义、自由与民主,增进人类共同利益的实践路径是主权平等、合作共赢、协商对话、多边主义、法治保障等。由于每个国家都有本国的利益需求与核心利益,这就需要正确理解和处理本国利益与人类共同利益的关系:通过办好自己国家的事情来增进人类共同利益;本国利益与人类共同利益发生矛盾时,应当自觉以增进人类共同利益为出发点。中国作为一个负责任的大国,一直以增进人类共同利益为己任,为实现人类共同利益贡献着中国智慧和中国力量。
The community with a shared future for mankind means a community of shared interests.Contradictions and struggles within the international community invariably revolve around issues of shared interests,which form the core concern in building a community with a shared future for mankind.Key interest issues in its construction primarily include political interests,economic interests,security interests,cultural interests,and ecological interests,among others.Promoting and realizing the common interests of humanity serves as both the cornerstone and ultimate goal for building this community.The greatest common interest of humanity is world peace and development.Upholding these common interests requires adherence to the principles of equity and justice,as well as freedom and democracy.The practical pathways to advance humanity’s shared interests include sovereign equality,win-win cooperation,dialogue and consultation,multilateralism,and the rule of law.Since every nation has its own interest demands and core interests,it is essential to correctly understand and balance the relationship between national interests and the common interests of humanity:promote the common interests of humanity by effectively managing one’s own national affairs;when national interests conflict with the common interests of humanity,consciously prioritize the latter.As a responsible major country,China has consistently committed itself to advancing the common interests of humanity,contributing Chinese wisdom and strength toward their realization.
