棉织物表面碘功能高分子聚合物涂层设计及其性能研究

摘要 选用N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮3-[二甲氧基(甲基)甲硅烷基]甲基丙烯酸丙酯作为聚合单体,在过硫酸铵引发剂的作用下共聚聚合制备涂层乳液,将棉纱布浸渍于涂层乳液中,待棉纱布表面形成接枝涂层后,将棉纱布表面络合碘分子,赋予棉纱布抗菌功能。经过抑菌圈抗菌实验证明,处理后的棉纱布可以缓释碘离子,对细菌有极强的破坏能力,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较好的抗菌效果。经过细胞毒性试验测试后可知,改性处理后的纱布具有较小的细胞毒性,对细胞没有较大的毒性和刺激性。该方法具有制备简单、生物相容性好等优点,为抗菌纱布的研发提供了一种有效的方法,并具有较高的实用价值。 Using N-vinylpyrrolidone 3-[dimethoxy(methyl)silyl]propyl methacrylate as the polymerization monomer,the coating lotion was prepared by copolymerization under the action of ammonium persulfate initiator.The cotton gauze was dipped in the coating lotion.After the cotton gauze surface formed a graft coating,which was complexed with iodine molecules to give the cotton gauze antibacterial function.After conducting antibacterial experiments in the inhibition zone,it has been proven that the treated cotton gauze can release iodine ions slowly and has strong destructive ability against bacteria.It also has good antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.After conducting cytotoxicity tests,it was found that the modified gauze had minimal cytotoxicity and did not exhibit significant toxicity or irritation to cells.This method has the advantages of simple preparation and good biocompatibility,providing an effective method for the development of antibacterial gauze and having high practical value.
