摘要
目的探讨声带息肉患者实施全麻支撑喉镜术配合零度内窥镜治疗的效果及对手术指标、术后复发的影响。方法选取100例2020年8月至2023年8月徐州市铜山区中医院接收的声带息肉患者,以不同治疗术式为依据分作两组,46例接受全麻支撑喉镜术治疗为对照组,54例接受全麻支撑喉镜术配合零度内窥镜治疗为观察组。对两组的手术指标、并发症发生情况、临床疗效、嗓音恢复情况及术后复发情况进行比较。结果观察组的手术用时、术后嗓音恢复时间、住院时间均较对照组短,且观察组术中出血量比对照组少(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.70%,低于对照组(17.39%)(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.15%,高于对照组(84.78%)(P<0.05);观察组术后两周时的中文版嗓音障碍指数(VHI)评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的术后复发率是1.85%,高于对照组(13.04%)(P<0.05)。结论在声带息肉治疗中,全麻支撑喉镜术配合零度内窥镜的应用可改善手术指标,降低并发症发生率,进一步提升临床疗效,促进嗓音有效恢复,并降低术后复发率。
【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of general anesthesia-supported laryngoscopic surgery combined with 0°endoscope for vocal cord polyps and its impact on surgical parameters and postoperative recurrence.【Methods】A total of 100 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to Xuzhou Tongshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were enrolled and allocated into two groups based on different treatment methods:46 patients undergoing conventional general anesthesia-supported laryngoscopic surgery(control group)and 54 patients treated with additional 0°endoscope assistance(observation group).Surgical parameters,complications,clinical efficacy,voice recovery and postoperative recurrence were compared between the two groups.【Results】The observation group exhibited significantly shorter operation time,postoperative voice recovery time,and hospital stay,along with less intraoperative blood loss compared with the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group(3.70%)was lower than that in the control group(17.39%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(98.15%vs.84.78%,P<0.05).The Chinese Version of the Voice Handicap Index(VHI)score at 2 weeks postoperatively was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group(1.85%)was higher than 13.04%in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combination of general anesthesia-supported laryngoscopic surgery and 0°endoscope demonstrates superior outcomes in treating vocal cord polyps,including optimized surgical parameters,reduced complications,enhanced efficacy,accelerated voice recovery,and lower recurrence rates.
