摘要
随着智能制造技术的快速发展,产业学院作为产教深度融合的创新载体,在解决技术人才短缺和推动产业升级中发挥关键作用。以黑龙江能源职业学院电气产业学院为例,系统分析其在智能制造背景下的建设路径与实践策略。通过校企协同机制设计,聚焦智能开关系统研发、自动化控制算法优化等关键技术领域,构建“需求牵引、资源共享、动态迭代”的产教融合生态体系。研究表明,产业学院通过技术驱动的人才培养模式,显著提升了人才与产业需求的匹配度,为防爆电器行业的智能化转型提供技术支撑与人才保障。
With the rapid development of smart manufacturing technology,industrial colleges,as innovative platforms for deep integration of industry and education,play a critical role in addressing the shortage of technical talents and promoting industrial upgrading.Taking the Electrical Industrial College of Heilongjiang Energy Vocational Institute as an example,this paper systematically analyzes its construction paths and practical strategies under the background of smart manufacturing.Through the design of school-enterprise collaborative mechanisms,focusing on key technical fields such as intelligent switch system R&D and automation control algorithm optimization,an“industry-demand-driven,resource-sharing,and dynamically iterative”industry-education integration ecosystem is constructed.Studies show that through technology-driven talent training models,the industrial college has significantly improved the alignment between talent and industrial demands,providing technical support and talent guarantees for the intelligent transformation of the explosion-proof electrical equipment industry.
