摘要
目的探讨整脊手法配合小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取神经根型颈椎病患者60例,用随机数字表法把参与研究的患者分到对照组(30例,采取常规药物治疗)和观察组(30例,采用整脊手法配合小针刀治疗)。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分。结果观察组总有效率96.67%比对照组的80.00%高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分(1.59±0.47)分低于对照组的(2.62±1.58)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NDI评分(5.67±3.26)分显著低于对照组的(13.46±4.61)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CASCS评分(90.82±9.16)分显著高于对照组的(81.32±8.56)分(P<0.05)。结论采用整脊手法联合小针刀对神经根型颈椎病患者进行干预,能够取得显著的治疗效果,可显著缓解患者的疼痛,改善颈椎功能,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of spinal manipulation with small needle knife in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected and divided into a control group(30 cases,treated with conventional medication)and an observation group(30 cases,treated with spinal manipulation combined with small needle knife)using a random number table method.Comparison was made on the clinical efficacy,pain score,Neck Disability Index(NDI)score,and Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS)score between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was(1.59±0.47)points,which was lower than the control group's(2.62±1.58)points(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had significantly lower NDI score of(5.67±3.26)points than the control group's(13.46±4.61)points(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had significantly higher CASCS score of(90.82±9.16)points than the control group's(81.32±8.56)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of spinal manipulation combined with small needle knife for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can achieve significant therapeutic effects,significantly alleviate patients'pain,and improve their cervical function.It is worth promoting and applying.
