基于改进Double Oracle的多无人机战术目标分配方法

摘要 为了分析对抗双方无人机所执行的战术方案对多无人机的作战效能产生的影响,研究了多无人机战术目标分配问题。基于纳什均衡博弈思想,构建了两人非合作博弈模型,设计了多级融合方法评估战术目标分配方案下多无人机的作战效能。基于问题的结构和特点,提出了一种嵌入构造启发式搜索的Double Oracle算法,以快速寻找该模型的混合策略纳什均衡。实验结果表明,相较于先进的对比算法,所提出的算法在求解效率和求解质量上均具有显著的优势,可以有效的提升多无人机的作战效能。 To analyze the impact of tactical schemes executed by the opposing sides’UAVs on the operational effectiveness of multi-UAV systems,the multi-UAV tactical target assignment problem was studied.Based on the concept of Nash equilibrium game theory,a two-player non-cooperative game model was constructed,and a multi-level fusion approach was designed to evaluate the operational effectiveness of multi-UAV systems under different tactical target assignment strategies.This paper proposes a Double Oracle algorithm embedded in the maximum marginal payoff constructive heuristic search to quickly find the mixed-strategy Nash equilibrium of this model based on the structure and characteristics of the problem.The results of numerical experiments show that compared with the advanced comparison algorithms,the proposed algorithm has significant advantages in both solution efficiency and solution quality and can effectively enhance the operational effectiveness of multi-UAVs.
