摘要
该文旨在通过以贵州X大学法学专业本科生为例进行的择业取向调查与分析,以了解新时代大学生的择业取向特征及影响因素。通过问卷调查和数据分析,发现新时代法学专业本科生在择业上具有择业目标较为单一、择业地区偏好生活舒适区,择业时间以自我需求为中心的特点,而且他们本身的择业取向与年级、性别、生源地、家庭经济紧密相关,综合反映了自身择业需求与社会需求相矛盾、职业规划与就业指导针对性不足的问题。同时,该文力图提出解决以上两个问题的建议。
This paper aims to investigate and analyze the career orientation of undergraduate students majoring in law at X University in Guizhou Province,in order to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of career orientation among college students in the new era.Through questionnaire surveys and data analysis,it was found that undergraduate students majoring in law in the new era have the characteristics of relatively single career goals,preference for comfortable living areas in career selection areas,and self centered career selection time.Moreover,their career orientation is closely related to grade,gender,student origin,and family economy,reflecting the contradiction between their career selection needs and social needs,as well as the lack of targeted career planning and employment guidance.Meanwhile,this paper attempts to propose suggestions to address the above two issues.
