摘要
慢性伤口因其治疗周期长、患者活动不利、治愈难度大、治疗费用高昂等,成为影响患者生活质量的重要公共卫生问题之一,数字化健康干预能为实现高效的慢性伤口管理提供方法。本文从慢性伤口患者的护理需求出发,综述了数字化健康干预的概述及其在慢性伤口护理中的技术种类、应用效果和详情策略。旨在为慢性伤口护理实践提供参考。
Chronic wound has become one of the important public health problems affecting the quality of life of patients due to its long treatment period,adverse patient activity,difficult cure,high treatment cost,etc.Digital health intervention can provide a way to achieve efficient chronic wound management.Based on the nursing needs of patients with chronic wounds,this paper summarizes the overview of digital health interventions,as weil as the types of techndogies,application effects,and intervention strategies employed in chronic wound care,aiming to provide reference for chronic wound care practice。
