摘要
妆花缎是我国传统纺织品中极具特色的一个品类,是明清时期丝织品中较为流行的一种织物。分析研究新疆巴里坤县团结东路M12号墓葬出土的“万福万寿曲水纹”妆花缎枕套表面纹样及织物组织结构,利用多变量模糊C均值算法与K-Means++聚类算法提取文物色彩,最后使用三维数字化软件对面料进行虚拟复原。研究表明:“万福万寿曲水纹”由菊花纹、蝙蝠纹与曲水纹这些清代常见的吉祥纹样组合而成,层次分明,排列整齐;枕套面料为重纬妆花缎,包括地部组织与显花组织,其中显花组织纱线色彩丰富,头枕部与两侧面料色彩不同。对这件文物的研究与虚拟复原可以增进对清代枕套形制与使用方式的认识,为纺织品文物的保护修复与展示传播提供了新的研究思路。
Brocade is a distinctive category of traditional Chinese textiles and was one of the popular fabrics in silk weaving during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.In this study,we analyzed the surface pattern and fabric structure of a decorative satin pillowcase featuring designs of bats,chrysanthemums,and meandering water motifs,unearthed from Tomb M12 in Balikun,Xinjiang.We extracted artifact colors using the multivariate fuzzy C-means algorithm combined with the K-Means++clustering algorithm and recreated the fabric using virtual simulation in 3D digitization software.The results show that these auspicious patterns,common during the Qing Dynasty,displayed clear layering and neat arrangement.The pillowcase was made of multi-weft brocade,comprising a ground section and a satin section,with the latter featuring richly colored yarns.The study and virtual restoration of this artifact enhance understanding of the form and use of Qing Dynasty pillowcases and provide a new approach for the conservation,restoration,and display of textile cultural relics.
