摘要
通过剖析传统安全培训的弊端,分析其产生原因,基于数智赋能发展思路,提出长庆油田QHSE管理体系审核员培训新思路,全面提升审核员核心素养。通过构建由培训需求分析、培训项目实施、培训效果评估三大模块支撑的培训项目体系,将数智赋能与审核员核心素养提升安全培训深度融合,全面有效提升培训效果,促进企业安全培训的高质量发展。
By analyzing the drawbacks of traditional safety training and their causes,and based on the development idea of digital empowerment,this paper proposes a new idea for training of auditors in the QHSE management system of Changqing Oilfield,aiming to comprehensively improve the core literacy of auditors.By constructing a training system supported by three modules:training needs analysis,training project implementation,and training effect evaluation,the digital empowerment and the improvement of the core literacy of auditors deeply integrated with safety training,which comprehensively and effectively improves the training effect and promotes the high-quality development of safety training in enterprises.
