摘要
目的回顾性分析某三甲医院骨科血友病患者围手术期使用抗菌药物的使用情况及临床效果。方法搜集2021年至2023在某三甲医院接受骨科手术的血友病患者9例作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,包括患者的一般情况、手术类型、抗菌药物使用情况、感染发生情况等,对骨科手术围术期血友病患者抗菌药物的使用合理性及效果进行评价。结果在纳入研究的血友病患者中,抗菌药物使用率为100%,不同手术类型患者抗菌药物使用情况存在差异。围术期使用抗菌药物在一定程度上降低了感染的发生率,但也存在不合理使用的情况。结论骨科手术围术期血友病患者抗菌药物的使用应严格遵循适应证,加强管理,以提高抗菌药物使用的合理性和有效性,降低感染风险。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the use and effect of perioperative antibiotics in orthopedic hemophilia patients in a hospital.Method from 2021 to 2023 in a 3 armour hospital orthopedic surgery of hemophilia patients 9 cases as a research object,retrospective analysis of the clinical data,including the general situation,operation type,antimicrobial usage,infection,etc.,to orthopaedic surgery peripheral hemophilia patients to evaluate the rationality of the use of antimicrobial drugs and effect.Result Among the hemophilia patients included in the study,the antimicrobial use rate was 100%and different.Perioperative use of antimicrobial drugs reduces the incidence of infection to some extent,but there is also unreasonable use.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in patients with orthopedic surgery should strictly follow the indications and strengthen management to improve the rationality and effectiveness of antimicrobial use and reduce the risk of infection.
