摘要
在当前高校发展“大跃进”的“洪流”中,高校对“青椒”普遍实行以优绩主义为导向的考评,这种考评在一定程度上促进了高校科研成果的量产优产,但也导致“青椒”们的职业焦虑,使其在各类形式的“内卷”与“躺平”间徘徊、纠结和撕扯。同时,“青椒”的持续职业焦虑也使得高校处于优绩主义过度异化的“内卷”与“青椒”消极对抗的“躺平”两种无限竞争、过度内耗的熵增状态。因此,要从理念转变、价值导向、制度完善、机制创新、基础保障、氛围营造等六个方面进行负熵破局,实现高校、绩效和“青椒”的等熵共赢。
At present,under the trend of the Great Leap Forward in the development of colleges and universities,colleges and universities generally implement the merit-based assessment of Green Pepper.This assessment method has promoted the mass production and production of scientific research achievements of colleges and universities to a certain extent,but also led to the occupational anxiety of Green Pepper,wandering,entanglement and tearing between various forms of involution and lying flat.At the same time,the persistent occupational anxiety of Green Pepper puts universities in two disorderly,chaotic,high-pressure,and negative entropy increase states:the excessive alienation of performance-based involution entropy increase and the negative confrontation between Green Pepper and lying flat entropy increase.Therefore,it is necessary to break through the negative entropy situation from six aspects:concept transformation,value orientation,institutional improvement,mechanism innovation,basic guarantee,and atmosphere creation,in order to achieve a win-win situation between universities and Green Pepper.
