摘要
围绕电力系统中变压器运行的稳定性与安全性,系统探讨了其在检修维护过程中面临的三大关键风险:温升异常、油位波动和绝缘系统老化。针对上述问题,分别提出了对应的技术处理对策,包括构建热控响应机制、优化绝缘油管理体系及建立全生命周期绝缘性能监测机制,强调故障诊断的系统性与修复措施的规范化。此外,还结合表格形式梳理了油位异常的处理流程与注意事项,旨在为运维人员提供科学、高效的管理指导,以提升设备运行的可靠性与电力系统的整体安全水平。
This article focuses on the stability and safety of transformer operation in the power system,and systematically explores the three key risks it faces during maintenance and repair:abnormal temperature rise,oil level fluctuations,and insulation system aging.Corresponding technical solutions have been proposed to address the above issues,including establishing a thermal control response mechanism,optimizing the insulation oil management system,and establishing a full lifecycle insulation performance monitoring mechanism,emphasizing the systematic diagnosis of faults and the standardization of repair measures.In addition,this article also summarizes the handling process and precautions for oil level anomalies in the form of a table,aiming to provide scientific and efficient management guidance for operation and maintenance personnel to improve the reliability of equipment operation and the overall safety level of the power system.
