摘要 纸基材料作为可持续包装的核心载体,在食品包装领域正在加速替代传统塑料。纳米纤维素凭借可再生性、可降解性及纳米尺度效应,已成为纸基材料功能化的研究焦点。本文综述了纳米纤维素涂层技术在改善纸基包装防油性、气体阻隔性及力学性能方面的研究进展。同时,针对当前技术挑战,展望了工艺优化、复合体系设计、规模化适配及安全评价等未来发展方向,为纸基食品包装的绿色化转型提供理论参考。 Paper-based materials,as the core carrier of sustainable packaging,are accelerating the replacement of traditional plastics in the field of food packaging.Nanocellulose,with its renewability,degradability and nanoscale effect,has become the research focus of functionalization of paper-based materials.This paper reviews the research progress of nanocellulose coating technology in improving the oil resistance,gas barrier properties and mechanical properties of paper-based packaging.Meanwhile,in response to the current technical challenges,future development directions such as process optimization,composite system design,large-scale adaptation and safety evaluation are prospected,providing theoretical references for the green transformation of paper-based food packaging.
