摘要
为了解决目前在电机设计阶段对电机性能分析快速性与精确性不能很好兼顾的矛盾,提出了一种兼具快速与精确的轨道交通用直线感应电机电磁性能计算方法。首先,采用二维涡流场有限元模型提取直线感应电机等效电路参数;然后,在此基础上对边端效应、次级集肤效应进行修正得到考虑边端效应的电机等效电路;最后,使用三维瞬态场有限元模型计算结果验证等效电路的准确性。研究结果表明:该方法能够减少有限元计算时间成本,适用于中低速、大尺寸直线感应电机的设计与优化。
In order to solve the contradiction of not being able to balance the speed and accuracy of mo-tor performance analysis in the current motor design stage,a fast and accurate electromagnetic per-formance calculation method for linear induction motors used in rail transit was proposed.Firstly,a two-dimensional eddy current field finite element model was used to extract the equivalent circuit pa-rameters of the linear induction motor.Then,using those parameters,modifications were made to the edge effect and secondary skin effect to obtain the equivalent circuit of the motor with the edge effect taken into account.Finally,the accuracy of the equivalent circuit was verified by the results using a 3D transient field finite element model.The research results indicate that the proposed method can re-duce the time cost of finite element calculation and is suitable for the design and optimization of medium-low speed,large-scale linear induction motors.
