摘要
宫颈癌经过规范治疗,仍有30%~40%的治疗失败率。复发转移性宫颈癌(r/mCC)的治疗是宫颈癌治疗过程中最具挑战的阶段,患者的治疗与既往治疗方式、无瘤间隔时间、患者状态、复发转移的部位和范围、治疗中肿瘤缓解的情况等相关,涉及手术、放疗、系统药物治疗等,需要采用个体化的综合治疗模式。近年来,r/mCC的治疗效果有了显著提升。因此,中国抗癌协会近距离放射治疗专业委员会组织国内专家,结合最新临床实践经验和研究进展,根据循证医学原则,编写本指南,以期为临床医生提供合理、规范化的诊疗指导意见和建议,进一步提升r/mCC的诊疗水平,改善预后。
The treatment failure rate of cervical cancer reaches 30%-40%after standard treatment.The treatment of recurrent and metastatic cervical cancer(r/mCC)is the most challenging stage throughout the treatment of cervical cancer.The patients'treatment is associated with previous therapy,disease‐free interval,performance,location and dissemination of recurrence and metastasis as well as the tumor response during treatment duration,etc.Moreover,clinical protocols may consist of surgery,radiotherapy and systemic therapy,etc.Thus,individualized comprehensive treatment should be selected.In recent years,dramatic improvement has been made in the efficacy of r/mCC.Therefore,the Chinese Brachytherapy Society of China Anti-Cancer Association assembled domestic experts to compile the guidelines on the basis of combining the latest clinical practice and research advance and in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine.It aims to reach the consensus,propose and address the rational,formalizing guidance and recommendation for practitioners,further raising the proficiency of diagnosis and therapy and improving clinical prognosis for r/mCC.
