摘要
目的深入探究产后乳头凹陷治疗期间应用改良一次性注射器所取效果。方法选择2024年1月至2024年12月黑龙江省桦南县人民医院普外科70例产后乳头凹陷患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组予以传统手法纠正+吸奶器治疗,观察组应用改良一次性注射器,评估产妇乳头凹陷纠正效率、统计不良反应发生率,对比两组满意度。结果乳头凹陷纠正效率经组间对比,观察组整体有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后乳头凹陷患者采取改良一次性注射器具有理想效果,可以提高乳头凹陷治疗效率,预防乳头皮肤破损等诸多不良反应发生,有利于促进产妇机体恢复,具有较高借鉴价值。
Objective To explore the effect of improved disposable syringe during the treatment of postpartum nipple depression.Methods From January 2024 to December 2024,70 patients with postpartum nipple depression in the Department of General Surgery,Huanan County People's Hospital of Heilongjiang Province were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional manual correction and breast pump,while the observation group was treated with improved disposable syringe to evaluate the correction efficiency of nipple depression and count the incidence of adverse reactions,and compare the satisfaction between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved disposable syringe for postpartum nipple depression has ideal effect and can improve the treatment efficiency of nipple depression.
