新工科背景下本科生新生研讨课教学探究

Research on the Teaching of“Freshman Seminar Course”for Undergraduates under the Background of New Engineering

摘要 在我国提倡的新工科教育背景下,各工程专业纷纷针对创新型人才培养计划提出了各种新型课程建设方案。在本科生培养方案体系中,新生研讨课作为帮助本科新生实现由中学至大学过渡的课程,兼具学术引导与启迪创新的专业引导作用。根据从事专业类新生研讨课程教学的体会,就如何打破传统的“灌输”式讲授而言,对传统的教学模式、教育理念、师生关系等实施改革势在必行。介绍了新生研讨课的必要性、新工科背景下新生研讨课的特点,并针对新生研讨课的实际授课提出了一些教学思考与建议展望。 Under the background of“emerging engineering education”advocated in our country,various engineering majors have put forward various new curriculum construction schemes for the training of innovative talents.In the undergraduate training program system,freshman seminar,as a course to help freshmen realize the transition from“middle school to university”,has the function of“academic guidance”and“inspiration and innovation”.According to the own experience in the teaching of professional freshman seminar courses,the problems that educational workers think about are imperative to reform,including the traditional teaching mode,educational concept and teacher-student relationship.This paper introduces the necessity of freshman seminar,the characteristics of freshman seminar under the background of new engineering,and puts forward some teaching thoughts and suggestions for the practical teaching of freshman seminar.
