EEA基热塑性固体推进剂制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用声共振无桨混合高效制备了88%固含量三组元EEA/AP/Al基热塑性推进剂药浆,制得的药浆流平性满足真空浇注工艺要求;对EEA基热塑性推进剂微细观结构、力学性能、燃烧性能、安全及流变特性等进行了研究。结果表明,制备的EEA基三组元热塑性推进剂内部密实无孔,固体填料分布均匀,实现了高固含量热塑性推进剂的良好成型,EEA基推进剂的压强指数为0.28,在低压段(1~7MPa)出现了近平台燃烧现象;其时温依赖性与传统丁羟/高能等热固性推进剂存在较大差别,无药浆“适用期”限制且随温度变化可实现固液转变;其力学性能满足标准试验发动机试车药柱结构完整性要求,安全性能与三组元丁羟推进剂相当。表明该EEA基推进剂综合性能较现研热塑性推进剂有较大提升,为固体推进剂向钝感化和绿色化发展提供了技术途径。 Three-component EEA/AP/Al based thermoplastic propellant with 88%solid content was prepared by acoustic resonance without propeller mixing,and the leveling property of the slurry meet the requirement of vacuum casting technology.The microstructure,mechanics,combustion,safety and rheological properties of EEA-based thermoplastic propellant were carried out.The results show that the prepared EEA-based three-component thermoplastic propellant with high solid content has a dense and pore free interior,and the solid filler is evenly distributed.The burning rate pressure exponent of EEA-based propellant is 0.28,which occurs near-plateau combustion over the low pressure range(1—7MPa).The time—temperature dependence of EEA-based propellants is quite different from that of conventional HTPB/high energy thermosetting propellants,which is no limitation on“shelf life”of slurry,and solid liquid transformation can be achieved with temperature changes.The mechanical properties of the propellant can meet the requirements of structural integrity in standard test engine test,and its safety performance is equivalent to that of three-component HTPB propellants.The comprehensive properties of EEA-based propellants are much higher than that of the developed thermoplastic propellants,which provides a technical approach for the development of solid propellants towards insensitivity and greenness.
