抗寒桑经霜前后次生代谢物与抗氧化活性成分的动态变化 被引量:1

Dynamic Changes in Secondary Metabolites and Antioxidant Active Components of Cold-resistant Mulberry Before and After Frost Exposure

摘要 [目的]为探索霜对北方抗寒桑叶成分含量的影响。[方法]以龙桑1号、吉湖4号、辽育16号、辽鲁11号和辽育8号5个桑树品种的霜前、霜后桑叶为试验材料进行营养成分含量的测定。[结果]霜后1-脱氧野尻霉素、槲皮素、异槲皮苷、芦丁、FRAP和DPPH含量均有不同程度的减少,其中1-脱氧野尻霉素和槲皮素达到显著(P<0.05)和极显著水平(P<0.01),而异槲皮苷、芦丁、FRAP和DPPH下降幅度不显著;绿原酸、总黄酮、ABTS、α-糖苷酶抑制率含量均有不同程度上升,其中总黄酮和α-糖苷酶抑制率达到极显著(P<0.01)和显著水平(P<0.05),而绿原酸和ABTS上升幅度不显著。霜前各成分之间存在不同程度的负相关和正相关关系,经霜后打破这种平衡,其中,1-脱氧野尻霉素与其他成分之间成负相关关系,而其他各成分之间均成正相关关系。由此可见,经霜后桑叶中的营养成分的含量发生较大变化,其中,影响最大的是槲皮素,经霜后,桑叶中的槲皮素含量平均为0.02 mg·g^(-1),并有2个桑树品种中的槲皮素含量为0.00 mg·g^(-1);受霜影响较小的是DPPH和绿原酸,霜前后分别升高5.19%和下降6.53%。[结论]霜前后各营养成分含量及其变化为食药用专用品种选育及资源高效开发利用提供理论支撑,霜后α-糖苷酶抑制率在部分品种中有较高的含量,可进一步开发利用。 [Objective]To explore the effects of frost on the content of bioactive components in cold-resistant mulberry leaves in northern China.[Method]The nutritional and functional components of pre-frost and post-frost leaves from five mulberry varieties-Longsang 1,Jihu 4,Liaoyu 16,Liaolu 11,and Liaoyu 8-were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that post-frost leaves exhibited reduced levels of 1-deoxynojirimycin,quercetin,isoquercitrin,rutin,FRAP,and DPPH.Among these,the decreases in 1-deoxynojirimycin and quercetin were statistically significant(P<0.05)and highly significant(P<0.01),respectively,while the declines in isoquercitrin,rutin,FRAP,and DPPH were not significant.Conversely,chlorogenic acid,total flavonoids,ABTS,andα-glycosidase inhibition rates increased post-frost,with total flavonoids andα-glycosidase inhibition rates showing highly significant(P<0.01)and significant(P<0.05)increases,respectively,whereas chlorogenic acid and ABTS exhibited nonsignificant rises.Pre-frost analysis revealed varying degrees of negative and positive correlations among components,but frost disrupted this balance.Post-frost,1-deoxynojirimycin showed negative correlations with other components,while all other components displayed positive correlations.Notably,post-frost quercetin content averaged 0.02 mg·g^(-1),with two varieties showing undetectable levels.DPPH and chlorogenic acid were least affected by frost,with changes of 5.19%and-6.53%,respectively.[Conclusion]These findings provide theoretical support for breeding dual-purpose(edible and medicinal)mulberry varieties and optimizing resource utilization.The elevated post-frostα-glycosidase inhibition rates in certain varieties highlight their potential for further development.
