摘要
类风湿性关节炎是常见的慢性自身免疫性疾病之一,也是发病率最高的慢性自身免疫性疾病,其病程较长,会引发肾脏、心血管等疾病。西医治疗多以非甾体类抗炎药、糖皮质激素、抗风湿药、免疫调节药物等为主,中医治疗运用整体观念,辨证论治,配合中医外治法(针灸、推拿、中药敷贴、中药熏洗)、中医情志、饮食护理等,治疗效果显著。近年来,中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎治疗效果日益凸显。本文对类风湿性关节炎的中西医治疗进展作一综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the common chronic autoimmune diseases,and it is also the most prevalent chronic autoimmune disease,it has a longer disease course,and it can cause kidney,cardiovascular disease and other diseases.Western medicine treatment is mainly for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,glucocorticoids,anti-rheumatic drugs and immunomodulatory drugs,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment uses the overall concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment,combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment(acupuncture,massage,Chinese medicine application,Chinese medicine fumigation and washing),Traditional Chinese Medicine,dietary nursing,etc.,the treatment effect is remarkable.In recent years,integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment in rheumatoid arthritis is increasingly prominent.This article reviews the progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
