摘要
近年来,脑卒中发病率不断升高且有年轻化趋势,已成为全球范围内第二大致死及主要致残性疾病。脑卒中后并发膈肌功能障碍严重影响患者的生活质量和生命安全。因此,膈肌功能障碍的识别及治疗在脑卒中患者康复过程中发挥着关键作用。本文对脑卒中后膈肌功能障碍的临床研究进展进行综述,着重阐述脑卒中患者膈肌功能障碍的发病机制、评估方法以及治疗进展,为临床脑卒中患者康复治疗提供更多的参考。
In recent years,the incidence rate of stroke has been rising and has a tendency to become younger,which has become the second leading cause of death and major disability in the world.The occurrence of diaphragmatic dysfunction after stroke seriously affects the quality of life and safety of patients.Therefore,the identification and treatment of diaphragmatic dysfunction play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process of stroke patients.This article reviews the clinical research progress of diaphragmatic dysfunction after stroke,focusing on the pathogenesis,evaluation methods,and treatment progress of diaphragmatic dysfunction in stroke patients,which to provide more references for clinical stroke rehabilitation treatment.
