摘要
中国共产党领导的人民军队自建军以来逐渐形成持续关注世界军事发展动态、积极学习先进军事理论的传统,并通过宣教手段将之普及军队基层,以提升军队总体战力。《八路军军政杂志》是抗战时期由八路军总政治部创办并发行的重要宣传刊物,其编委会由中国共产党内和八路军内高级干部构成。该杂志对文章的选用在一定程度上反映了中国共产党领导层的思想意志与人民军队的建设方向。《八路军军政杂志》刊载了大量有关世界军事的文章,内容涉及战术战法、军事哲学思想、政治工作等方面。《八路军军政杂志》对世界军事的关注与研究,体现了中国共产党在当时对世界军事发展趋势的认知与评估,以及对军事哲学的学习与研究、对军队政治工作的重视与实践。
Since its founding,the people′s military under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has developed a tra-dition of consistently monitoring global military developments and actively studying advanced military doctrines.These insights were disseminated to grassroots units through propaganda and education to enhance the army′s overall combat effectiveness.The Eighth Route Army′s Military and Political Magazine,a key propaganda publication established and distributed by the Eighth Route Army′s Political Department during the Chinese People′s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,exemplified this practice.Its editorial board comprised high-ranking CPC and Eighth Route Army officials,ensuring that its content reflected the ideological priorities of the Party leadership and the developmental direction of the people′s military.The magazine published nu-merous articles on global military affairs,covering tactics,military philosophy,political work,and other critical subjects.Its focus on and analysis of world military trends demonstrated the CPC′s contemporary understanding and evaluation of international developments in warfare,its engagement with military philosophy,and its emphasis on the theory and practice of political work within the armed forces.
