摘要
利用溶解再生方法制备纤维素水凝胶,在碱作为催化剂的条件下,通过对正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解-缩聚速率控制,调控生成的SiO_(2)粒径尺寸,并实现纤维素、SiO_(2)的复合,经冷冻干燥制得SiO_(2)/纤维素复合气凝胶,用烷基硅氧烷进行疏水修饰后,制得超疏水SiO_(2)/纤维素复合气凝胶。结果表明,纤维素气凝胶成功与SiO_(2)复合,制备的超疏水SiO_(2)/纤维素复合气凝胶呈现出多孔结构,当pH值为10时,制得的SiO_(2)球体粒径50~200 nm,SiO_(2)/纤维素复合气凝胶的静态接触角158.9°,滚动角3.2°,其吸油能力可达本身质量的12.8倍。
Using the dissolution regeneration method,cellulose hydrogel was prepared.Under alkaline as a catalyst,the hydrolysis-conden-sation rate of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)was controlled to regulate the size of the prepared SiO_(2) particles,followed by the composite of cellulose and SiO_(2),which was then freeze-dried to obtain a SiO_(2)/cellulose composite aerogel.After hydrophobic modification with alkyl silox-ane,a superhydrophobic oleophilic SiO_(2)/cellulose composite aerogel was prepared.The results indicated successful SiO_(2) incorporation into the cellulose aerogel,and the prepared SiO_(2)/cellulose composite aerogel had a porous structure.At a pH value of 10,SiO_(2) sphere had a size range of 50~200 nm,and SiO_(2)/cellulose composite aerogel had a static contact angle of 158.9°and a roll-off angle of 3.2°,of which oil ab-sorption capacity was 12.8 times its own weight.
