摘要
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定地表水中6种拟除虫菊酯农药的分析方法。通过优化氯化钠浓度、固相萃取柱和洗脱溶剂等条件,实现了对目标化合物的高效富集和准确测定。实验结果表明,6种拟除虫菊酯农药在2.00~300µg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.02~0.05µg·L^(-1),加标回收率为87.3%~104.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%。本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,测试结果准确可靠,可用于地表水中多种拟除虫菊酯农药的检测。
The concentration of sodium chloride,solid phase extraction column and elution solvent were optimized to achieve high efficiency enrichment and accurate determination of target compounds.The results showed that the six pyrethroid pesticides had good linearity in the range of 2.00-300μg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,the detection limits were 0.02-0.05μg·L^(-1),the standard recoveries were 87.3%-104.5%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were all less than 5%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,accurate and reliable test results.
