摘要
在长江三角洲城市群快速发展的背景下,城际铁路作为服务城市间旅客快速出行的重要公共交通工具,在促进区域经济一体化和城市空间布局优化方面发挥着关键作用。为适应江苏省扬子江城市群内高强度、多样化、高频次、强时效的出行需求,实现江苏省城际铁路的高质量、健康发展,文章在剖析江苏省城际铁路发展现状及存在问题的基础上,从财务健康、运输服务高品质、生态资源可持续3方面厘清城际铁路可持续发展的内涵,并从政府和城际铁路企业2方面出发提出江苏省城际铁路可持续发展对策,以期为推进其长期稳定发展提供参考和借鉴。
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the Yangtze River Delta city group,intercity railway,as an important public transportation means serving the fast travel of passengers between cities,plays a crucial role in promoting regional economic integration and optimizing urban spatial layout.To meet the highintensity,diversified,high-frequency and time-sensitive travel demands within the Yangtze River city group in Jiangsu Province and achieve high-quality and healthy development of intercity railways in Jiangsu Province,based on an analysis of the current development situation and existing issues of intercity railways in Jiangsu Province,this article clarifies the connotations of the sustainable development of intercity railways from three aspects:financial health,high-quality transportation services and ecological sustainability.It also proposes measures for the sustainable development of intercity railways in Jiangsu Province respectively targeting the government and intercity railway enterprises,with the aim of providing reference and inspiration for promoting their long-term and stable development.
